Isoldes

] and [ are the symbol for the two Isoldes, Isolde the Fair, and Isolde of the white hands, who are also the two girls in the bushes from the ego's daily life. They are the active and passive forms of the ^ Yin force of ALP. Together they form ][ or the active and passive forms of Yin reunited, and representative of HCE and ALP's daughter. In their seperate and (mostly) distinct forms they appear as the two Alices of Lewis Carrol/Charles Dodgson; Alice Liddel and Isa Bowman, and the two Esthers of Jonathan Swift.
